2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your removed or disabled content is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA claim.

3. Repeat Infringers

Quate.net may terminate accounts or block access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

4. Policy Updates

This DMCA Policy may be updated at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
